Executive Positions
Tumuaki
Details:
The Tumuaki also known as the President is the person who acts as a māngai or representative for Law students across various sectors such as the University and community. They also manage the TRWP executive and provide support to all positions as well as maintain communication and relationships with Te Rōpū Māori.
Kaituhi
Details:
The Kaituhi also known as the Secretary is the person who manages any admin aspects for the TRWP executive and oversee the general running of TRWP. Kaituhi also takes minutes for all TRWP executive, AGM and SGM hui.
Kaiārahi i te Mātauranga
Details:
The Kaiārahi i te Mātauranga also known as the Cultural and Education Officer is responsible for organising cultural and academic events while also providing cultural and academic support to Law students. They are also expected to liaise with Te Rito regarding events and services.
Kaiwhakahaere Whakaora
Details:
The Kaiwhakahaere Whakaora also known as the Social Events Officer is responsible for organising social and recreational events for Law students. They are also expected to liaise with Te Rito regarding events and service.

Tumuaki Tuarua
Details:
The Tumuaki Tuarua act as a supporting role to all positions on the TRWP executive. When necessary and in the absence of the Tumuaki they becoming acting Tumuaki.
Kaipūtea
Details:
The Kaipūtea also known as the Treasurer is responsible for handling any financial aspects for TRWP and are required to produce a financial report at every TRWP executive hui.
Kaiwhakahaere Whakapā
Details: The Kaiwhakahare Whakapā also known as the Publications represetative is responsible for advertising and marketing any events and services provided by TRWP through social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Kaiwhakahaere ki SOULS
Details:
The Kaiwhakahaere ki SOULS also know as the SOULS liason is responsible for maintaining communications between SOULS (Society of Otago University Law Students) and TRWP.
